Anyone can propose a person. Duplicates are merged, not deleted.

One rule

Put forward someone you want to watch, not someone you want to see punished. Anything aimed at humiliating a person is removed and counted publicly in the ledger.

Write first. We ask for an account with a confirmed email address only when you send, so a name counts once per person.

A recognisable photo helps others identify who you mean. JPG, PNG, or WebP under 5 MB. It is stored with the submission and never published.
